On the hardware side, our Málaga technicians install Nuki, Yale and August smart locks on Spanish multi-point doors (retrofit over the existing cylinder, no door replacement needed). On the software side, we operate the automated SES Hospedajes guest registration inside the mandatory 24-hour window required by Real Decreto 933/2021 (fines up to 30,000 EUR per unregistered guest), issue unique per-booking access codes that auto-expire at checkout, and run multilingual guest communication in Dutch, English, Spanish and German. One turnkey service, one contract, no stitching vendors together.

What is SES Hospedajes?

SES Hospedajes (Sistema de Entrada de Datos al Servicio de Hospedaje) is Spain's mandatory guest registration platform run by the Ministerio del Interior. Since December 2024, every vacation rental owner must register each guest within 24 hours of arrival under Real Decreto 933/2021, submitting up to 21 data fields per guest. Fines reach 30,000 EUR per unregistered guest. KeyLessCosta automates the entire submission for you.

How does keyless entry work?

Guests receive a unique 6-digit code per booking. They open the door with this code, no physical key needed.

We integrate with Nuki, Yale, August and other major brands. We advise on the best lock for your situation.

How quickly can you install?

We install smart locks on the Costa del Sol within 48 hours of receiving the lock. Our technicians are based in Málaga and cover the entire coastline.

Are there fixed contracts?

No, we work without fixed contracts. You can cancel monthly. The smart lock installation is a one-time setup and the lock is yours to keep.
