The benefits for renting
A doorbell with a camera shows you when guests arrive and helps with deliveries or questions from afar. Combined with keyless access you can greet guests if you wish without being on site.
Keep the camera strictly aimed at the entrance door, not at communal or indoor spaces.
Privacy and rules
Under GDPR you may not place a hidden camera or film indoor spaces. Inform guests in advance and in the property that there is a doorbell camera at the entrance. Do not keep footage longer than needed and do not share it without a basis.
